Here at The Tea Port we are very proud of our shipping process. We guarantee same business (Monday-Friday) day shipment on all orders received by 4 PM Central Time. Our shipments are professionally packaged to preclude in transit damage and double checked to assure accuracy. We ship United States Postal service on most orders using either first class or priority. Due to our central United States location, our packages reach all areas of the contiguous US in only 2 or 3 days.

Returns

We want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied return the item to us (within 30 days) and we will refund its purchase price. Please contact us in advance so that we may process the return efficiently.
