The sweetness of maple and the pungency of blackberry combine with full flavored Assam as well as a "mystery" green tea. A great flavor profile for new tea drinkers!

I've had other maple based teas where you can taste the maple. Here it's much more subtle. This is pleasantly sweet, though. I liked it.

I just got this tea and I'm pleasently surprised. Usually in fruit flavored black teas the fruit is all you taste. Not with this one. It is subtle, but strong enough for you to taste it. It looks beautiful in the pot with it's almost crimson color. The maple is so slight that I can barely discern it from the fruit, but as you swallow, you get it in a smooth finish. It should taste just as great cold, which I look forward to this summer.
